Leadership Feedback Simulation

Managers know they need to give better feedback. Most training tells them how — then drops them back at their desk with no way to practice before the real conversation. This simulation closes that gap.

The Leadership Feedback Simulation is an AI-powered practice environment where managers rehearse structured feedback conversations with a realistic AI employee. Built on the SBI/SBII model (Situation → Behavior → Impact → Intent), it puts the learner in the manager's chair and lets them work through workplace scenarios — awkward ones, high-stakes ones — before anything is on the line.

Each session provides specific, actionable coaching so learners know exactly what to tighten up. They can repeat scenarios as many times as they need to build confidence and skill.

Think of it as a flight simulator for managers: a safe space to practice, make mistakes, and get better — without anyone's performance review hanging in the balance.

My role: Sole designer and developer — from the instructional strategy and conversation design through to the working prototype. The simulation is built to adapt across industries and feedback frameworks and has been adapted to create a similar agent in Microsoft Copilot.
